How does the 30-day guarantee work?
You can try out your apartment for 30 days and if we haven't delivered full satisfaction, you are free to give us 30 days' notice in that period and you won't need to pay a lease-break fee.
Can I break my lease for a job transfer?
Yes, you can break your lease for job transfers more than 50 miles, military service, and hospice care, and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
How do I break my lease to buy a house?
You can break your lease to buy a house at any point in your residency. Just use one of our preferred real estate agents and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
Do you offer moving truck discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount through Penske when you schedule online here.
Are these apartments pet friendly?
Yes, we are a cat and dog-friendly community. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment with no weight limit. There is a one-time pet deposit of $300.00 per pet. All pets must be up-to-date on all vaccines, and be spayed or neutered. Please call for complete pet policy information.
What happens if I eventually need a different size apartment?
You can transfer to another size apartment, or another Berger community, and restart your lease at any point in your residency without paying a transfer fee.
Do you offer furniture discounts?
Yes, you can rent or purchase furniture through our partnership with Cort.
What happens if I have an urgent service request outside of office hours?
Greenview at Chestnut Village offers 24/7 phone support and 24-hour emergency maintenance. You will always have someone available to take your call for service requests to your apartment.
